We support many funding and access options with flexible terms on either a weekly or monthly basis. See below for our fee breakdown.
Fee Information
Fees are payable in advance on a weekly or monthly basis.
We offer 2 year old funding, 3 and 4 year old funding 15 and 30 hours.
Balance reviews are emailed to you at the end of the month, this is to ensure all payments are accounted for and up to date.
We accept: cash, card, cheque, direct debit, standing order, childcare vouchers, tax free childcare scheme and university grant payment scheme.
Government Tax Free Scheme
This is a system you will be able to use to build up an account to help pay childcare fees, receiving the government ‘top up’.
Every £8.00 you put in, the government will put in £2.00 up to £2000.00 per child.
Our Weekly Fee Prices
Our fees work on a sessional basis. 10 sessions is full time, 3 sessions is a day and a half.

30-Hour Funding
We offer term time and stretched funding places.

How to apply for
30 Hour Funded Places
Step 1: Head Online
Head online to the Government Childcare gateway below, create an account or sign in.
Step 2: Fill In The Form
Fill in the application form. If you are eligible for the 30 free hour’s childcare, you will receive an 11 digit code, which will be confirmation that an account has been set up for you on the HMRC system.
You will be required to bring in your 11 digit code to nursery, this will then be verified via our funding team at Wigan.
Also on the account you created, you may be eligible for tax free childcare.
Step 3: Validate Your Account
Every 12 weeks (3 months) you will receive a text/ email to instruct you to validate your account for the next term. This could be sent to your email account or your gateway account. This needs to be done promptly so you don’t miss the deadline.
This is a relationship between yourselves and HMRC. You will give Footprints the 11 digit code and we will verify it.

Visiting Foot Prints
Appointments aren’t required to visit us at Foot Prints Nursery. However, we do require some information from you before we can allow you on site.
